Dimensions  The vertical post of the Handy Post 4L measures 4" x 4" x 42". The horizontal arm measures 5" x 5" x 45." 

Best use  The Handy Post 4L is designed to hold four small, medium or large-sized mailboxes up to 8.7" wide each.     

Installation  If your current mailbox is secured to a wooden 4x4 post of any configuration, you can either modify your post to a straight up 42" height to install the Handy Post 4L over it. For the details of how this is done, see the Handy Post 4L installation instructions (PDF).
